Gilad delivered a highly engaging and thoughtful breathwork session with our leadership team, creating a safe space that allowed people to participate as they felt comfortable. The experience supported staff to reconnect with focus, learn new ways to regulate stress, and step back into their roles with greater intention. His facilitation style is grounded and professional, making the session accessible and impactful for a diverse group

When people spend their days caring for others, supporting clients, managing crises, and carrying emotional responsibility, stress can accumulate over time.

Without the right support, this can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, emotional exhaustion and reduced wellbeing.

Breathers delivers practical, evidence-informed wellbeing programs that help staff develop greater resilience, emotional regulation and self-awareness through mindfulness, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Our programs are designed for organisations that want to support their staff  and clients with practical skills that can be applied immediately in both work and daily life.

Ideal for:

  • Community service organisations

  • Aged care providers

  • Disability services

  • Healthcare teams

  • Carer support organisations

  • Local government

  • Education providers

  • High-pressure workplaces

The Challenge

Burnout & Stress

Increasing pressure, emotional load, and constant demand are leaving many staff feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Compassion Fatigue

For those working closely with people in need, emotional fatigue can build over time and impact wellbeing, focus, and connection.

Staff Wellbeing & Resilience

Organisations are seeking practical ways to support their teams to stay steady, regulated, and well in demanding environments.

Why Breathers?

Breathers is led by experienced mindfulness and breathwork facilitators, accredited by the Australian Breathwork Association, drawing on years of experience working within mental health settings and supporting individuals experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and emotional challenges.

Our approach combines:

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Evidence-informed breathwork

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Trauma-informed facilitation

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback (optional)

  • Practical wellbeing skills for everyday life

Unlike many workplace wellbeing programs, participants leave with simple and effective practices they can continue using long after the workshop has ended.

  • Maintain wellbeing habits

  • Connect with a supportive community

  • Integrate practices into everyday life

Our goal is not simply to provide a workshop, but to support lasting wellbeing and resilience.
