Attune, lead, create
Over the past five years, we have been facilitating full-day Breathwork workshops in a mental health ward three days a week – both in inpatient and outpatient programs – and the results have been truly remarkable. We have witnessed profound transformations, deep emotional healing, and an increasing curiosity from Breathwork professionals who want to deepen their understanding and learn how to bring this work into more clinical environments.
We are creating this group Breathwork facilitation training – to share not only the theoretical and practical foundations of this work, but also the lived experience of facilitating within a trauma recovery unit, alongside a team of experienced mental health professionals.
We are inviting you to learn and share these gifts – to bring the breath into places where it’s most needed and to grow together as a professional community.
About the training
This training is designed for those who wish to bring their Breathwork skills into both community and clinical settings. The program offers a rare blend of deep personal process, embodied learning, and supervised practice.
Across 80–90 hours of training, participants will explore the spectrum of group facilitation – from presence and attunement to trauma-informed and ethical practice – in hands-on facilitation experiences within the community and in the clinical environment, ( trauma recovery unit) under professional supervision.
