BREATHWORK SESSIONS


Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful healing technique.    The breath acts as a bridge between consciousness and unconsciousness, mental and physical and helps us let go of unwanted tension and energy.
When we consciously breathe with this awareness, we make it possible to resolve, integrate and heal previously unresolved issues within ourselves, thus freeing up energy for aliveness and joy and allowing us to move forward toward fulfillment.

TIBETIAN BOWLS THERAPY

Hand made from 7 different kinds of metals. 
This therapy is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit.

 A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a  deep journey of healing and self discovery. Sound and vibration travels up to five times more effectively through water. As the human body is made up of about 80% water we can understand that sound and vibration can effect us at a cellular level.
Sound Bath  balances the endocrine system by helping create a shift from the over dominant sympathethic nervous system (fight or flight) to a more calm Parasympathetic state (rest and digest).

This is experienced  as a profound sense of peace and well-being.

YOGA THERAPY

Yoga
Yoga comes from the word “yoke”, which means connection or union. Yoga asana is the practice of movements and postures (asana) whose main goal is to purify the body and clarify the mind by channeling excess energy (prana) throughout the body.
By breathing and moving with awareness, contracting and relaxing the muscles, we actively heal and balance our body and Mind.

COACHING SESSIONS

A process of moving between the place you are, to the place you want to be. Using your deepest values as a guideline to understand and build your future vision.

 In these sessions you will learn the necessary tools to advance towards your goals.
Procedure: Introductory session is free. Over the course of 10 sessions, we will work through the following stages: Intro. Values, Vision, Plan of Action, Toolbox, Follow Up
